workout galore!
i thought i'd post something about my most recent workouts -- gearing up for tri season!
sunday 4-23: eric, his dad pete and myself went for a long bike ride. started at eric's apartment and then we went for the river road loop. afterwards, his dad and i went for a couple loops in the park. i was dead. it was about 2 1/2 hours of biking and i burned 1254 calories. *weeee*
tuesday 4-25: i ran in the park for an hour doing 3 minute jogging / 1 minute walk intervals. very proud of myself!
wedensday 4-26: lifted weights with berta -- always a fun time!
yes, haven't been able to get into the pool consistantly as i want, but... but... but.. . i don't wanna yet!

yup, i ran intervials for an hour (if i run for an hour, i'm either being chased or i'm like 100 pounds lighter than i am now!) :)
yes, i like the dirt trails... i finally realized what you meant about needing shoes you can get dirty! i started on the pavement but moved to the dirt trails pretty quick -- what a nice change :)
when ever you want to go, i'm there!
